I just realized that I haven't been very "seen" on this blog lately. I'm planning on doing a really great Christmas blog in the next week or two. Be excited. You may remember my post last year about Chuckles the elf. Well.... get ready for the exciting sequel.
In other news... life is great. Really, really great. I'm happy at work with the knowledge that at this time next year I will be involved in my brand new adventure. And I just realized that I haven't even claimed that new adventure here yet. Well, here is the (not so new) news:
I am opening a wellness and dance center next fall! Hooray! Hooray!
This has been something I've wanted to do for about 6 years now, and always figured it would happen "later." Well, later is sooner than I thought. I spend my weekends (and early mornings) working on all the details to get it up. I'm meeting with a business counselor next week. If any of you out there know someone who wants to DONATE or invest in a fantastic new venture, please let me know.
With that, I want to remind you all about my other blog: www.thankyourbody.com
This is a place where I discuss issues on health and vitality. So far it's been really great. It will also be a place where I'll announce upcoming workshops (first one is scheduled for February. All of these are to help with the wellness center. I am seriously so excited!
In other news still... Tom and I are enjoying Winter (although, I don't really care for winter. Things are good, so I can't complain). I am just really happy, and so grateful. I've been richly blessed and I'm excited for what the future holds!

Know what's funny? Earl and I were talking the other day about investing in start-up companies. Earl asked me about you opening your own business. We wished we had the money now to help you out, because we total would invest in you! (Maybe in 5 years we could!) Good luck, I wish I lived up there and could help you. It sounds like so much fun!
Congratulations Robin! That is so exciting. I think it's going to be a huge success and you are definitely the right person to run a place like that. Good luck hashing out your business plan.
