It started out okay. We figured he was a little mischievous. We found him harassing one of our ornaments, digging through our presents, and then hanging from one of Tom's hangers. Nothing seemed too horrible, until he attacked!

It took both Tom and I to get Chuckles off of Tom. He is a beast of an elf! We sent him to his room (or chair, whatever...) and we thought he had learned his lesson. We don't believe in violence, and so we hoped that our stern lecture would be enough.

It wasn't.

Chuckles has issues.
So we gave him a good ol' fashioned 1950's type spanking.

Needless to say, I don't think we'll have a problem with Chuckles again.
Relieved to have settled the matter. We left for church. We could hardly wait to come home.
(Neither could Chuckles.)
