Sunday

Today I had the opportunity to teach the Gospel Doctrine class for my ward.  The lesson was on Isaiah's prophecies on the Savior's Atonement.  As I was reading the beautiful words and preparing to teach I felt an overwhelming sense of awe, gratitude, humility, and love.  Some of those thoughts are too personal to share here, but I do want to publicly declare my deep gratitude for my Savior and the sacrifice He made for each of us.  I am grateful for His example of love, obedience, determination, endurance, humility, kindness, and willingness to do whatever was needed for His brothers and sisters.
