4 Things

Today I am grateful for:

1.  My amazing in-laws.
2.  KSL.com
3.  Really nice neighbors.
4.  A handy husband.

Despite the fact that my in-laws live far, far away in Chicago, they really are awesome-pants (which is a good thing, in case you were wondering).  They sent us some money for Baby Chaos.  We put our guest bed up for sale on KSL and had a buyer within the first day.  (Seriously, awesome!)  Today, said buyer came and picked up the bed.  Paid us some money.  (Again with the awesomeness.)  Our really nice neighbor below helped Tom move said bed down three flights of stairs and load it up into the buyer's truck.  My then handy husband helped me put together the furniture.  Between awesome in-laws and money from the bed we no longer have a guest room.  We have a nursery:

Glider, changing table, dresser, and crib.

Better view of crib and dresser.

Of course, this nursery has not been decorated.  (We don't even have bedding yet.)  The few pictures on the wall are remnants of our guest room days.  And seeing how Tom doesn't want to know the gender of our little Chaos, I will not be able to share the greatness that will be our nursery until March.  But luckily, we both like the green walls (or as Tom makes sure to remind me, the "alfalfa" walls)... and they work for either a boy or a girl.  Exciting!
