So far, this was the best one yet. Hands down. We loved it so much we are actually making it again for my parents this week. The recipe came out of the book, "Grilled Pizzas and Piadinas" that we got at William and Sonoma. I highly recommend it.
This is the book:

This is our triumph!

Also, I would like to make a plug for this wonderful gadget:

We found ours online at Bed Bath and Beyond. It works so much better than any rolling pizza cutter! It's about 12" long and cuts the pizza without pulling the pizza apart because it's a downward action.

Oh, I love those Williams-Sonoma books! I also like that in your last post you went to Cleveland and can now make 30 rock jokes about "not everyone can flee to the Cleve".
now that you and tom are into cooking...i have to share the recipe that i am making tonight! i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it...
White Chili
2 Cans chicken broth
2 cans garbanzo beans
2 cans butter beans
2 can diced green chili's
2 cups chopped onion(purple or white)
6 cloves of garlic chopped
2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups green pepper chopped
2 TBS veg. oil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red/cayenne pepper
Heat oil on high heat. Sautee onion, garlic, green pepper. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cook 25-30 Minutes on medium heat. Chili will be ready when sauce has reduced and beans are soft. Top with cheddar cheese and ENJOY!!
Sound delicious Mel! I can't wait to try it!
Well well. Little did I know that you've had a blog for, it looks like, a long time. Somehow the little bird didn't tell me. I'm glad to know now though...does it taking having a blog to be in the know?? Is it a secret club? Will somebody finally let me in on all those secrets out there? ooohhh, i sure hope so.
